Darfur Fast for Life

Wow, I’m awed and impressed to hear of what you, Tod, and the others are already doing. It seems like some people are expressing in having Wed be an ongoing fast day, for whatever way we are able to participate. I feel a sense of excitement and enthusiasm about that and it is something I can ask others to join in. Even if people eat a modified diet or say give up coffee for the day, water only, or the fruit and yogurt meal, or refugee rations. What a wonderful thing to bring our energy and focus together when this has been such a long and frustrating battle. Perhaps we can summon new energy and solidarity among people and find a way to come together to express our support for those suffering in Darfur!
